We’re venturing deep into our library, exploring 40+ years of Grgich Hills Estate’s finest vintages and history! Join us as we bring these bottles, and the stories they tell, into the light.
Ivo and our wine making team have personally selected some of the most impressive vintages in our library collection, chosen for their exquisite aging, including a show-stopping 1980 Cabernet Sauvignon – a bottle that is sure to leave an indelible mark on any appreciator of fine wine.
Six library reds and whites, selected for their unmatched depth and nuance, will be expertly paired with Chef Juan’s gourmet 5-course dinner.

IVO JERAMAZ
Winemaker, VP of Vineyards and Production
Ivo Jeramaz’s journey in the wine industry began at Grgich Hills Estate under the tutelage of his uncle, Mike Grgich, in 1986. Head winemaker since 2018, Ivo has pioneered Grgich Hills’ organic practices, situating the winery as an industry leader in regenerative farming and organic winemaking.

JUAN ZAVALA
Owner and Head Chef, Vineyard Catering, Napa Valley
Juan Zavala is a Culinary Arts graduate of the CIA. His impressive history includes a 23 year tenure as Executive Chef at Christian Brothers in Napa and Culinary Director at Palmaz Vineyards. Chef Juan currently owns and operates Vineyard Catering.
