New American Harvest Earth Day Celebration at CIA at COPIA
CIA at Copia is excited to host the New American Harvest, a celebration of American agriculture and the connection to the food and the land it comes from. Join us for a day that includes a FREE screening of the film, “Unbroken Ground” followed by Q&A with sustainable agriculture experts, Ivo Jeramaz, winemaker and Vice President of Vineyards & Production at Grgich Hills Estate & Elizabeth Whitlow, Executive Director of the Regenerative Organic Alliance.
Also a FREE event, starting at 2 p.m. will be your chance to discover artisans, producers, growers and creators of sustainable products at our Earth Day Expo in the main hall of CIA at Copia.
The day caps off with a chef’s dinner created by the renowned chefs of Bacoa, which is hailed as America’s Best Restaurant in Puerto Rico.
