About the 2019 Chardonnay: This Chardonnay entices you with aromas of fresh peach, Asian pear, citrus, and honeycomb to delight your senses. The flavors are just as complex with delightful undertones of red pepper and Madagascar vanilla, followed by fresh lemon, green apple, wildflower honey, stone fruit, and a hint of lavender.
About the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon: We craft our Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention, farming our vineyards naturally, without artificial pesticides or herbicides. The wine's complex flavors of black currants, clove and mocha are topped off by licorice. Its full bodied, rich mouthfeel carries these flavors for a long, lingering finish that loves seared steak, Gorgonzola gnocchi, beef bourguignon and ratatouille.
