Napa Valley wine tasting is a great way to bring people together, whether friends, family, or co-workers; however, it can be challenging to organize and execute. It requires coordination and planning months in advance, from booking airline tickets, rental cars, and overnight accommodations to restaurant and winery reservations.

With our virtual tasting experiences, we handle the logistics and shipping so you can focus on enjoying the wines. In addition to a curated program that fits your interests, you’ll get a chance to learn about the legacy of Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, our regenerative farming techniques and certified organic vineyards, and see unique artifacts from our history and the 1976 Judgment of Paris.

Our virtual tasting packages are designed to offer you a comprehensive experience based on your selection of wines. Unlike pre-fixe flights in the tasting room, our virtual tastings give you the opportunity to tailor the experience to suit the needs and requirements of your group.

We offer packages for private parties, such as friend and family get-togethers, as well as for corporate groups of any size. For corporate event packages, we supply wine, cheese plates, and ‘infotainment’, which is a great way to enliven corporate functions that your employees are sure to love.
You choose the date and time you want, with about two weeks lead time for us to prepare and ship the wines to you.

For multi-location groups, we’ll ask for all attendees’ addresses and ensure that everyone knows when they can expect their wine, as an adult (21+) is required to sign for it. Since wine is perishable and temperature sensitive, we offer overnight shipping, which also allows for better-targeted delivery.

The tasting itself will be conducted by our expert wine educator, Clay Simpson. We will prepare a custom presentation highlighting the wines that you have selected and create an engaging, educational, and interactive experience covering a range of topics. Depending on your package, the tasting can run between 1-2 hours.

• Schedule the tasting for Thursday or Friday to allow a buffer for shipping.
• Check your computer setup (audio/video) and internet speed, as streaming live video can use up bandwidth.
• Connect to a large screen or TV to enhance group events.
• Clear off a large table to give you room for glasses and bottles.
• Remove anything from the room that can compete with the wine’s aromas, such as floral arrangements and candles, especially scented ones.
