Carneros Selection Chardonnay 2008 Magnum

This special selection wine showcases the best grapes from our certified organic and Biodynamic farmed vineyard in the Carneros region of Napa Valley. By preventing malolactic fermentation and using only the finest lots, we crafted this elegant and silky Chardonnay. Notes of Asian pears, brioche, and flowers are supported by a hint of mineral on the long finish. Match its rich flavors with equally rich seafood bisque, lobster poached in butter or a slow-braised pork shoulder.

Carneros Selection Chardonnay 2009

For this limited-production Chardonnay we chose the oldest block in our vineyard in the Carneros region of Napa Valley. Delicate floral aromas are backed by Asian pears, white truffles and a hint of mineral on the long finish. Richly flavored and full bodied, this creamy textured Chardonnay is the perfect match for equally rich seafood bisque, lobster poached in butter, or a slow-braised pork shoulder.
