We craft our Cabernet Sauvignon with minimal intervention, farming our vineyards naturally, without artificial pesticides or herbicides. This wine is packed with rich aromas of black cherry and licorice with a hint of mocha and vintage leather. Its full body and fine-grained tannins make it the perfect partner with grilled steak, rack of lamb or roasted duck.
All of the grapes were grown at our estate vineyards, which are certified organic and Biodynamic®. The result is an elegant wine with aromas of black cherries and licorice with a long finish. Full bodied with smooth tannins, it’s the perfect partner with filet mignon, grilled steak or lamb chops.
We're proud to be the custodians of some of the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon vines in Napa Valley: a block in Yountville of the Inglenook clone, planted on St. George rootstock in 1959.
