This Cabernet is packed with rich aromas of black cherry, black licorice and a hint of roasted coffee. Its full body and smooth tannins make it the perfect partner with grilled steak, rack of lamb or roasted duck.
Delicate floral aromas are backed by Asian pears, white truffles and a hint of mineral on the long finish. Richly flavored and full bodied, this creamy textured Chardonnay is the perfect match for equally rich seafood bisque, lobster poached in butter, or a slow-braised pork shoulder.

The full mouthfeel, concentrated flavors and lingering finish make it the ideal wine with a goat cheese salad, smoked salmon, sautéed mussels or by itself as an apéritif.
