This 100% Sauvignon Blanc was made from grapes grown naturally, without artificial pesticides or herbicides, at our cool American Canyon and Carneros vineyards. The cool growing season resulted in refreshing acidity with flavors of fresh herbs, lemon zest and mineral notes that are perfect with a wide range of food, including green salad topped by Chèvre cheese, fresh seafood and spicy Mexican or Asian cuisine.
Only the best blocks that express the true nature—the essence—of our Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are used for this limited production wine. Our natural farming and cool vintage produced classic flavors of ruby red grapefruit, Meyer lemon and white peach that are supported by pleasing minerality. The full mouthfeel, concentrated flavors and lingering finish make it the ideal wine with a goat cheese salad, smoked salmon, sautéed mussels or by itself as an apéritif.
