For this limited-production Chardonnay we chose the oldest block in our vineyard in the Carneros region of Napa Valley. Delicate floral aromas are backed by Asian pears, white truffles and a hint of mineral on the long finish. Richly flavored and full bodied, this creamy textured Chardonnay is the perfect match for equally rich seafood bisque, lobster poached in butter, or a slow-braised pork shoulder.
