Miljenko “Mike” Grgich, President and Winemaker of Grgich Hills Estate and Vintner’s Hall of Fame Inductee, is the subject of the documentary “Like the Old Vine” that premiered at the 2012 Napa Valley Film Festival on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at the Cameo Cinema in St. Helena, CA.

This documentary was filmed by Croatian National Television in the Napa Valley, the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC, and Mike’s birthplace in Desne, Croatia.
After the screening, everyone attending the show was invited to join Mike and the movie’s director, Milka Barišić, in celebrating this memorable event at a special reception at Grgich Hills Estate.
